MCA said her career has involved strengthening community engagement, developing partnerships and expanding organizational impact through mission-driven collaboration.
Mao holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She is also described by MCA as a Fort Worth community advocate focused on collaboration, inclusion and opportunities that benefit the region.
